  • Maintain your personal progress dashboard and test history.
  • Manage your "Test Credits" and subscription status.
  • Analyze aggregate performance to identify difficult questions and improve content quality.
  • Prevent fraudulent activity and ensure compliance with our terms.
  • Communicate critical updates, support responses, and optional promotional content.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Mutyairi does not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with service providers necessary for app operation, such as:

  • Cloudinary: For secure hosting of question images and profile assets.
  • PostgreSQL/AWS: For encrypted database storage.
  • Paynow: For secure payment processing (we do not store credit card details on our servers).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the "Support" section in the app or by emailing support@mutyairi.co.zw. Upon request, all personal records will be permanently purged from our production databases within 30 days.

5. Data Protection Rights

Under global data protection regulations (including GDPR principles), you are entitled to:
