Welcome to Mutyairi! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mutyairi's Website and Mobile Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Mutyairi platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Intellectual Property

The Mutyairi platform, including its logo, software, question bank, and original images, is the exclusive property of Mutyairi. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any redistribution, reverse engineering, or scraping of our question bank is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts & Credits

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Our platform operates on a "Test Credit" and "Subscription" model:

• Credits: New users receive a limited number of free credits to access test simulations. Additional credits can be earned or purchased.
• Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions grant unlimited access for a specified duration. These are non-refundable once the service has been accessed.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time, but credits and active subscriptions are not redeemable for cash.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Mutyairi provides driving theory materials based on current Zimbabwe traffic laws. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that our simulations reflect the exact content of official VID tests. We are not liable for any test failures or legal consequences resulting from the use of our application.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from the use of Mutyairi will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
